Study requirements together with the development team and finalize requirements, design with clients.
Support PM or acting as PM to plan and monitor projects.
Become another quality gate for each deliverable.
Bridging in communication with Japanese customers on all project-related matters
Connecting business chances between Japan site and Vietnam site.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- More than 3 years continuous experience working in the field of software development, if you have been working or studying in Japan it would be a plus.
N2 Japanese level.
At least 1 year working with Japanese customer as role of Bridge Software Engineer;
Firm knowledge of software engineering disciplines, especially, requirement gathering & analyzing, basic design, detail design.
Hand-on experiences & knowledge in Web, Mobile, AI
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with Japanese style business manner
Highly responsible, loyal & long-term commitment, High quality & customer oriented mindset. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail.
