Minimum qualifications to apply this role:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- At least 3 years experience as a Purchasing Manager, preferably at a fast-growing high-tech company
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Team player with great interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Preferred qualifications (If you have those, we see it as advantage, but it's not a must)
- Familiarity with business, technology and financial principles
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
- Strong leadership abilities
- Previous experience as a procurement manager in a public traded company
- Solid judgment along with decision-making skills
How your day is going to look, what you will be doing?
- Manage purchases engagements end to end. From sourcing to issue to delivery & payment.
- Implement and operate P.O. methodologies and systems
- Manage Melio's software annual budget
- Develop, implement, and review procurement strategies, policies and procedures
- Build relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Collaborate with business, legal and financial team members on contracts and invoicing
- Establishing performance metrics to monitor and evaluate supplier performance
- Maintaining supplier's database, purchase records, and related documentation
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Seek and enter into agreements with reliable vendors and suppliers
- Assist all departments when needed

About the hiring department:
The Finance department takes an active role in designing features, managing the flow of funds, and decision-making. We monitor Melio's gross profit and keep a close eye on financial data.
