POSITION
This business is seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Scheduler/Coordinator. In this role, you will run the coordination of our bookings and trades.
- Booking, allocating and creating jobs
- Answering calls
- Maintain and update the company's scheduling system to reflect the status of all service requests
- Communicate with plumbers and customers to confirm schedules and address any scheduling conflicts or issue

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:
- Service Co-ordination, Scheduling, or General Administration experience within ANY form of trade industry such as Plumbing, Blinds, Gates, Electrical, Construction etc - ALL are encouraged to apply!
