Title and Summary
Executive Assistant
Overview:
- Acting as the first point of contact for the assigned SVP / EVP
- Acting on behalf of and representing the SVP as required, including the management of calls, enquiries and requests, expense authorisation and sign off on business-related decisions
- Undertaking projects on a regular basis, including event planning
- Personal assistant tasks for the SVP/EVP, including, but not limited to, diary management, extensive email correspondence and organising both internal and external meetings
- Attending meetings and producing follow-up notes
- Organizing complex travel itineraries and travelling with director
- Manages team meeting events
Essential requirements:
A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position
Previous team management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Outlook
Personality profile:
Confident working alongside board-level executives and partners
Uses initiative with minimal supervision
Dedicated to the quality and accuracy of projects from inception to completion
Can manage a heavy workload with strict deadlines
Excellent organisational skills
Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
