We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
· Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and builds
recruitment materials.
· Takes a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements by attracting, sourcing
and screening applicants using innovative techniques.

· Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified
candidates.
· Conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates, prior to sending offer letter.
· Prepare employment contract (EC) for all selected employees and trainees and
follow-up with applicant on the receipt and acceptance of the same.
· Review applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external
candidates, conduct pre-screen interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit,
coordinate pre-employment tests as needed, and develop a short list of potential
candidates.
· Manage candidate interview results and selection decision manager.
· Provide candidates feedback on interview results as appropriate
· Develop and maintain an network of recruiters, contacts and candidates by the use
of social media
· Ensure that onboarding and induction is undertaken in a correct way
· Liaise with external recruitment agencies to source candidates for hard to fill roles.
· Manage recruitment expenditure effectively and in line with agreed budgets.
· Ensure salary offers to new hires are based on salary scale for internal equity
purposes.
· Develop and submit the monthly/annual headcount reports to management
· Perform all other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
· 3+ years of experience in HR recruiting
· Strong knowledge of the recruiting process
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
