A Snapshot of Your Day

In your new role as a Operative Process Manager (f/m/d) you will work globally and implement efficient and agile processes to increase the efficiency of the Product Management (PRM) within Grid Technologies. Within this role you will provide methodology for evaluation of efficiency of project and processes and elaborate project desciptions and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Execute and improve the PRM Project Reporting/ Planning of development projects
• Definition of methodology for target-costing
• Implementation and tracking of key performance indicators (KPI) for PRM
• Supports the implementation of processes within the stakeholder community
• Implement process requirements into the digital transformation, in order to increase efficiency in operative work
• Implement quality improvement methodologies and optimizes process performance management
• Support for internal audits performed by central quality organisation

What You Bring

• Completed university degree within technical field or comparable
• Long term of professional experience in Product Management and R&D project management processes
• Experience with execution and implementation of global processes, including training
• Experience working internationally with a global team
• Excellent communication skills in English, and across different cultures
