What you’ll get to do

We are looking to hire a (Technical) Product Manager. In this role you will co-shape the further product development in a fast growing scale up. You will interview customers, work on new concepts and designs with our UX/UI team, write product specifications and act as a product owner in the development team. Among other things, you will

• Co-define our product strategy and roadmap with the constant focus to innovate and improve the scale and revenue growth of our product
• Work with customers and sales team to define and maintain product technical requirements
• Write user stories and manage backlog to communicate and clarify feature requirements and product needs to internal development team
• Write and maintain detailed product specifications
• Be at the center of communication between customers, sales and operations to drive ideas and innovation to fully formed products and features
• Align and maintain product roadmap according to internal product strategy as well as customer requirements and project needs
• Align and follow-up product development status with development team
• Research and understand market trends, competitors and new technologies to identify new improvements

Who you are

• You have a university degree in a technical field related to software (e.g. Software Engineering, Business Informatics, etc.)
• You have at least 6 years of professional experience in a similar position
• If you have programmed in the past, then that's an advantage
• You have experience with UI/UX design
• If you have a background in construction or real estate then that's an advantage
• You are comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation
• You have leadership skills
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus)

Benefits

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 56,000.- to € 70,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
