JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

● Education: Graduate of BS Psychology or any Business-related course

● Experience: With at least 6 months experience

JOB PURPOSE

Shall be in charge in handling the external provider’s concerns such as but not limited to deployment, attendance monitoring, clearances, billings and PA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Acts as assistant to the Gen. Admin. and Human Resource Department.

2. Monitors and prepares PR’s for the visitor’s supplies, HR supplies and supplies for the newly hired employees.

3. Acts as receptionist and scheduler of drivers in the absence of the person in charge

4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results that are needed

5. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the top management from time to time
