The Role

Korn Ferry is searching for Recruitment Support Specialist with fluent level of Dutch, English and Polish for an exciting new client!

You will be responsible for supporting volume hiring and guiding our client and candidates through the recruitment experience utilizing best in class innovation and technology.

Key Accountabilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process by effectively providing responsive customer service via e-mail, live chat and telephone
  • Clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives via triage or escalation.
  • Answer inbound calls or respond to live chats in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication and simple technical “scripts” to effectively resolve issues.
  • Review and monitor candidates in holding status, determine next step and update the system accordingly.
  • Documenting, tracking, and maintaining records and the status of engagements/ requisitions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide flexible sourcing support for hard to fill roles under the direction of your manager.
  • Managing, reviewing and sending HR and/or recruiting-related correspondence and documents to clients and candidates
  • Performing various administrative and project duties that support the recruiting function.
  • Navigating multiple systems and tools

Required Skills:

  • Experience in the recruitment industry either within volume recruiting, administrative, customer service or call center
  • Experience working with databases and all Microsoft Office tools with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Confident in organizing & managing own workload with a focus on detail and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment while effectively coping with change
  • Experience working with qualitative and quantitative metrics and goals
  • Active listening, concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proactive in solving problems and improving the customer experience.
  • Fluency in English, Dutch and Polish (both oral and written) is required.
