Job Description:
- Monitor staff performance, discipline and provide required training to staff
- Inspection of suites and other area on time and as per standard
- Plans the workflow and ensures that employees understand their delegated tasks
- Check inventories, and assist the Housekeeping Manager
- Ensure All cleaning equipment is in proper working condition/Roster making
- Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
- Ensure the adherence to properties brand standards at all times
Experience and Qualification
- 5-10 years of Experience
- Graduation
Technical Skills
- Cleaning Equipment and Tools
- Ability to use Industrial Equipment
- Guide team members properly
- HSSC+

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
