The role

We are looking for a full-time Process Developer for Refurbishment and Quality (f/m/d) who can strengthen our Sourcing and Supply team. You will be the backbone of the setting standards of an industrial refurbishment process and efficient quality handling with customer focus.

As a Process Developer for Refurbishment and Quality you lead the refurbishment and quality agenda to prolong the lifetime of the NORNORM products as long as possible.

You are the main contact towards the Product, the Logistics and the Refurbishment Partners and work with them to optimise all products to Circular design principles.

That includes secure the simplicity of refurbishing of the products, handling of quality deviations from all partners and secure compliance to all requirements. You are based on facts securing that the products and services are improved to be supporting the a prolonged lifetime of every products in the most cost effective way.



Your main responsibilities include:


  • Drive and implements best practise refurbishment processes towards all NORNORM partners.
  • Securing the capability to refurbish all products in a cost effective way.
  • Handle quality related issues and draw conclusions for improvements together with partners.

You will also be expected to:


  • Project lead several projects simultaneously and prioritise accordingly
  • Identify and drive implementation of improvements for both products and services related to the NORNORM offering
  • Travels to our other locations (20-50 days per year)


You bring the following qualifications:


We imagine that you have 1-3 years of relevant experience. You are willing to work in a startup with a fast-paced environment and use your problem-solving skills when facing challenges. In addition, we value the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persistence and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate
  • Experience with process development and/or production development
  • Interest of furniture production is a plus
  • Interest in circular business models is a plus
