Key Responsibilities:
- General and administrative support to Sales
- Act as a super user of SSDB/iCam/SAP system, data entry and maintenance, central filing.

Generate regular sales reports.Prepare quarterly report which include Vitality Report (adoption notice list) and Total Adoption and Discontinuation Value- Respond to customer inquiries
- Responsible for request of sample oils and illustration samples from creation or application lab and arrange to send to the clients
We value:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum of 1 years secretarial/administrative experience in a multinational company, Fashion and Retail industry is preferred
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Computer literate in MS office software
- Strong communication skill, quick learner, team player, self-motivated
