PanzerGlass is one of the leading brands within screen protection on a global scale. You will be responsible for ensuring the link between Products and the rest of the organization during our important launches. You be responsible for managing and executing the launch process across the organization. You will plan and manage all operational aspects of a new line-up from setting up the framework for the launch line-up and to the handover to the sales division. Simultaneously, you can look forward to being the lead on smaller product-related projects.
Key responsibilities
More specifically your responsibilities will be to;
- Support the Products team in ways of ensuring a successful launch plan.
- Implement and optimize the launch plan setup created by our project managers.
- Gather intel from the stakeholders in the organization to ensure an effective launch plan.
- Drive several hands-on launch activities. This will include the tasks of:
- Coordinating processes throughout the entire organization.
- Aligning with Products and the rest of Operations to coordinate tasks ensuring that the overall timeline and deadlines are kept.
- Organizing kick-offs, information for sell-in material, launch and evaluation meetings.

Your profile
You have worked with project management and understand the process within retail products. You have a strategic and analytical mindset. You are a team player, who can cooperate across teams while using your great communication skills. Moreover, you have a:
- Background in Product Development and an interest in understanding the products and materials.
- High drive to develop and optimize products.
- Strong knowledge of process execution and time management.
- Ability to analyze and develop process plans based on organizational needs.
- Strong people and persuasion skills.
Finally, you are fluent in English both verbally and written.
