About the role

The ideal person for this role will be skilled at advocating for customer outcomes across internal business units. Advocating for the best outcomes for key clients and ensuring teams internally are aligned to the customers needs. You will be passionate about owning the day-to-day business process between clients and internal teams and manage customer contracts. As a Sales Advocate you will manage the schedules for for quoting, reporting and record keeping and assist to improve financial outcomes. For your efforts you will be rewarded with a healthy commission based on KPIs.

Skills and experience required
  • Reside in Brisbane or wish to relocate.
  • Understand outcomes of customers from Key Accounts – the Advocate understands key needs of each client
  • Manage support cases as they relate to sales department
  • Quoting standard design jobs on behalf of Key Account Managers
  • Prepare sales presentations
  • Maintaining accurate records (Confluence, Endash, Dynamics, Simpro) experience highly regarded not essential.
