Payroll Administrator- Remote [Ireland]


 

Duties to include;

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly client payrolls in an accurate and timely manner
  • Addressing client payroll queries and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Processing timesheets and manual calculations
  • Interacting with ROS in relation to Revenue Payroll Notifications, Payroll Submissions and Statements of Account
  • Calculating holiday and public holiday entitlements for employees
  • Working directly with the Payroll team and Partner on project assignments as required

Role Requirements

  • Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or Diploma in Payroll Management
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience processing Irish payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Collsoft payroll software would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Cork, CO. Cork: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
