Duties to include;
- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly client payrolls in an accurate and timely manner
- Addressing client payroll queries and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Processing timesheets and manual calculations
- Interacting with ROS in relation to Revenue Payroll Notifications, Payroll Submissions and Statements of Account
- Calculating holiday and public holiday entitlements for employees
- Working directly with the Payroll team and Partner on project assignments as required
Role Requirements
- Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or Diploma in Payroll Management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience processing Irish payroll
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Collsoft payroll software would be advantageous but not essential.
