Job Description
In Accounts:
- Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable report to management for cash flow status
- Support with preparation of financial reports for statutory filings and compliances and any other report as required by management
- Manage the company’s cash flow and prepare monthly cash flow projections
- Assist in annual audit work
In HR & Admin:
- Handle compensation and benefits administration including monthly payroll calculation, final payments, MPF Scheme administration, leave management, attendance record, tax submission per annum etc.
- Assist in recruitment process
- Ensure HR policies & practices are compliance with statutory requirements;
- Provide full spectrum of daily office, administrative and clerical support including workspace, facilities, assets, supplies procure, reception, benefits, certificate, data record, archive management, etc.
- Work closely with colleagues across different departments
- Assist in ad-hoc projects
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
