The team you will be a part of

The Financial Planning and Analysis team develops and prepares the organization's financial plans and budgets, interprets financial reports and tax returns, and maintains good corporate relations with the investment and banking communities. Supports corporate planning by conducting analyses of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization.

This role in summary

In this role based in Milano HQ you will support the finance team to perform cost control activities on the Sales, General and Administrative (SG&A) and Other cost of Sales (OCOS) perimeter. You will also play an essential role in identifying improvement opportunities and driving year over year productivity by implementing cost saving projects.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Cost Control & Management for Sales General and Administrative (EMEA Central Functions area) and OCOS costs lines, in business partnership with functional leaders
  • Month end close and monthly forecasts, perform Cost Center and balance sheet analysis
  • Reference person to share recommendations, understand the deltas vs Budget and Forecast,
  • help the Finance Manager to identify improvement opportunities in order to drive profitability for the company
  • In-month analysis to mitigate risks and anticipate key discussions; tools and reports enhancement
  • Labor Cost Consolidation and Reporting for EMEA region
  • Support ad-hoc projects as per request

Minimum requirements

  • Master’s Degree (in Economics/Finance/Business/Engineering)
  • Proficient English speaker (Italian is a Plus)
  • 2 + years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong team player who shares our values and drives innovation
  • Passionate about Finance
  • Proficient user of Excel and Google Suite

Additional information

Employees in this role can work a hybrid schedule of three core days in office and two days remote. This enables employees to come together to collaborate in-person and gives employees the added flexibility to work remotely
