Job Description
- Responsible for the overall planning and arrangement of all related work before, during, and after the lives in the studio.
- Lead and coordinate the planning of content and merchandise, polishing scripts, and studio optimization
- Liaise closely with the lives’ presenters (KOLs)

- Pre-live preparation such as setting up the studio and arranging merchandise according to protocols
- Coordinating and facilitating live streams on TikTok platforms.
- Restore studios to their pre-live conditions
- Troubleshooting issues, especially in high-pressure moments during live stream events.
- Develop procedures for lives’ recaps; collect and analyze the data of each live; optimize store profits
- Generate post lives’ reports, ensure data creation and data management accuracy of sales reports.
- Research market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in business administration or equivalent course of study
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in live show e-commerce sales space or social commerce
- Competent knowledge of OBS Broadcaster Software (preferred)
- Experience in Livestream equipment operation including video cameras, microphones, audio equipment, lighting and etc
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with KOLs, key partners, and influencers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
