Motor Dealership Receptionist [South Africa]

 

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***

A well-received and unique dealership is seeking an articulate, well presented, friendly, professional, and experienced Motor Dealership Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the whole team. Your duties will include meeting and greeting and assisting walk ins, switchboard duties, administrative duties and other miscellaneous duties required. When applying, it is essential that you have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Receptionist in a motor dealership, are fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) and have a valid drivers license.

Job Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Receptionist within a franchised motor dealership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong telephone etiquette
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
A valid Drivers License
