We are looking for reinforcements in the form of Italian-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.
As a Customer Support you will:
- Support of all customers’ requests in Italian mainlyby chat, social media
- Responds to End -User through the above mentioned communication channels
- Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Client’s query types: invoicing, subscription, service troubleshooting
What do we expect?
- You speak Italian (at least C2 level)
- You speak communicative English – min. B2 level
- You live in Portugal below Coimbra district
- You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with people

What do we offer?
- Possible start: 2.08!
- Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
** 1050€ gross x12 months or 900€ gross x 14 months -basic salary
** up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month
** meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 6 months (according to the Portuguese law)
