JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Verification of client's information and checking authenticity through calls.
  • Reviewing client's information against pre-set criteria to avoid any error.
  • Conversion of information for further use in the Department.
  • Ensure to maintain client information in company records is highly confidential.
  • Dealing with all queries.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Maintaining proper follow-ups with clients.
  • Highly motivated, honest, and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Excel and Word knowledge (intermediate to advanced would be an advantage)
  • Good communication skills
