This position will be a lead for Environmental Compliance and Sustainability initiatives for a growing gaming division. The individual will help to develop environmental sustainability strategies, programs, and initiatives by reporting data against requirements and targets. This role will provide essential support to the business by tracking environmental performance, developing/implementing working tools and reporting to internal teams and suppliers as needed to insure compliance and progression toward goals.

If you are our Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Program Manager in Taiwan, you will have a chance to:

• Provide regulatory guidance, review safety data sheets, coordinate with suppliers on required data, collaborate with internal operational teams to meet business and company objectives.
• Support global efforts to achieve sustainability goals by serving as the focal point for collection, quantification and analysis of relevant environmental data.
• Support external reporting and disclosures of the company’s environmental and sustainability program and expectations. This will include regularly scheduled internal reporting of progress against scorecards.
• Represent the business unit at internal and external sustainability meetings.
• Recognize and take swift action to evolving environmental and sustainability trends, market conditions and regulatory requirements. This will require a basic understanding of supply chain to successful assess the impact and proactively identify the actions needed to compliance.
• Provide consultation, final review and approval of new label/packaging to insure compliance to country and product compliance requirements.
• Educate, train and collaborate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, product development, category management, etc) and suppliers of business and company environmental and sustainability goals and vision.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• Degree in environmental science, energy, environmental engineering, sustainability, forestry, health science or related field. Masters degree a plus. 3-5 years related experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Candidates must have excellent writing and quantitative skills with the ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge and passion of global sustainability trends
• Strong data analysis skills and application
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft suite proficient
