Office Manager
Job Description
  • Being responsible for general office operation
  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering world class service to customers
  • Coordinating & providing administrative work with regards to company’s services
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing company’s calendars and schedules
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
  • Organizing company events
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers
  • Financial and HR administration
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
Candidate Profile
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • University degree
  • Proficient user of the English language
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking ability
  • Analytical, problem solving skills
  • Team working
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to plan ahead and deal with issues
