Role : Recruitment Executive Bulk Hiring (German)
Location : Cairo, Egypt
As a Recruitment Executive you will play a crucial role in the Talent Acquisition process of Bulk Hiring candidates who have proficiency in German Language. You would contribute to the organization's growth by sourcing, screening, and selecting such candidates.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
C1/C2 level certification in German Language
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Recruiter, preferably in the BPO - Travel industry or related fields in hiring resources who have fluency in German language.
Familiarity with BPO processes, job roles, and industry-specific requirements is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
