About Our Client
Our candidate is a developing company from automotive sector.
Job Description
- Preparing the OneStream tool for the various reporting phases (opening periods, managing the scope, rates, etc.)
- Ensure the role of repository guarantor by centralised monitoring of the Group's metadata (chart of accounts, etc.)
- Handling incidents and requesting for changes
- Drafting a process manual for users and organising related training courses
- Supporting key users in gathering future requirements and identifying the compatible solution in the tool
- Coordinating the implementation of the necessary developments and carrying out their acceptance tests
- Contribute to the SOX compliance of the OneStream tool by providing documentation of the integrated processes to the internal control team.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years' higher education in accounting, auditing, finance or information systems
- Knowledge of consolidation systems and principles (Onestream, HFM, SAP BFC, Tagetik..)
- Monitoring of Excel, Powerpoint and datacrunching
- 5 to 10 years' experience in audit, finance and/or information systems management
- Fluent in english
