RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Scope: engineers are assigned cases opened by Cisco’s customers, in order to be resolved (offer workaround, open a product bug, provide fixes)
- Customer meetings & support
- Debug app to understand root cause
- Currently working with c/c++ and Perl on the project
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have: Troubleshooting, Linux, Bash, Networking
- Nice to have: Support experience, perl/python (Scripting languages)
