DP Marketing Communications is a progressive, professional and vivacious marketing agency that does things a little differently to the normal 9-5 traditional agency model.
We are looking for a motivated, efficient, commission driven and proactive sales person with bags of enthusiasm and experience in lead generation, telesales, social media and an interest in marketing to join our team. Must be comfortable working on their own and ideally near Northampton.
We are looking for someone that can generate cold leads and convert warm leads from marketing campaigns carried out by our agency. You will also be asked to generate cold leads from businesses that could benefit from our services so proven experience in cold calling and using Facebook is a MUST!

Responsibilities:
- Sales Calls
- Reaching out to potential customers on FB
- Client relationship building
- Boost business growth via customer aquisition
- Accurate reporting of sales pipelines
- Report sales progress
- Use Google Sheets to record leads.
- Must have experience of tech and very strong computer skills
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Be a positive advocate of what we do!
Things you’ll need….
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (obvs).
- Being tech and digitally savvy is a must
- Relevant work experience in sales
- An interest in marketing & social media
- Strong time management skills
- Strong skills in gaining leads from social media
- Proven ability and achievements in a sales role.
- You must be self employed
- Confidence is key
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently
- A sunny disposition and a can-do attitude!
Salary:
The hourly rate for billable time is £12.50 p/h. We are offering commission on sales in addition to this basic wage and profit shares for performance
