Pricing and Rebates Analyst with Spanish
Job Description

Here, in your Pricing and Rebates Analyst with Spanish role you will be involved in managing the Pricing and Rebates process in close collaboration with Order Management, Credit & Collections and Sales Teams.
You will also support external and internal Clients when it comes to pricing and rebates activities, including: verification of invoices and providing instructions to process subsequent credit notes and identifying, tracking and effectively escalating rebate and pricing queries.

About You

Additionally, you are proficient in ensuring accounts are up to date and issues are dealt within a timely manner and analyzing and negotiating resolution of rebate audit queries received from retailers.
Requirements:

You’re fluent in Spanish and English- both written and oral (at least B2 level)

You are well organized person with very good analytical skills

You have been working previously in corporation environment

You have a knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (it is an asset)

You have a track of proven record in sales support, order management, customer service, data analysis or similar area (it is an asset)
This is a hybrid position from Krakow Office.
