Amazon Ads is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Director of Amazon Ads Marketing and one direct report. This high impact, high visibility role requires outstanding planning and communication skills. In addition to being an important partner to the Marketing leadership team, this role is an essential info resource and POC for high profile Ads-wide industry events and C-level customer meetings. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically, while anticipating needs. Impeccable attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams are critical to success. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is imperative. Humor, composure, and the ability to foster a fun and positive team environment is a must, as is flexibility and a willingness to turn on a dime as priorities shift. This is a NYC based role requiring minimum 3 days a week in-office. Key job responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings • Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting • Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities • Partner closely and proactively with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and EAs throughout the Ads org • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items • Complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance • React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
