TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be part of the team responsible for selling Cargolux Airlines' products and services within Belgium. You are an enthusiastic, motivated, customer-friendly, proactive, eager-to-learn team player with a focus on achieving sales targets. You are the customers' point of contact and are happy to speak to them on the phone.
Some of your duties include:
- Negotiating with customers on ad hoc requests
- Analysing the feasibility of a freight request
- Advising customers on the best possible flight offer
- Booking freight shipments in the Cargolux system and coordinating with LUX Reservations
- Follow-up of customer service issues (import, export)
- Ensuring good communication flow between customer and Cargolux
- Updating cargo-related information in the system
- Collect and produce data for invoicing
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Education Bachelor Logistics Management or similar
- Previous experience in cargo is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch, French and English.
- Motivated and 'sales oriented' with a pro-active approach
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent planning and organisation skills in order to prioritise and make decisions within tight deadlines
- Be able to interact openly and comfortably with different groups of people
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Cargo booking systems is a bonus

- Location is in Brussels (Brucargo)
- Full-time position
- A certificate of good conduct will be required
