Internship Savoury Application Givaudan Netherlands
We are looking for an intern who will join our Savoury Application team during five or six months, starting date preferably in September 2023. It's a fulltime internship and the workplace is located in Naarden, the Netherlands.
What are you going to do?
The project we have available for you is all about Taste & Wellbeing. In this project you will be developing a vegan cheese with protein enrichment. What can you expect? First, you will get a proper introduction within the team and the way of working. A screening of plant proteins and ingredients should be carried out and then the development can begin! You will look for the optimal recipe and doing trials. Then it’s time for the taste optimization where the Givaudan tools can unlock the cheese taste. Evaluation will be done with testing and tasting. There is the option to do a consumer liking test to see how the product is scoring. When the project is done, you have learned more about ingredient functionality, product development and flavours!
In this exciting role you will:
- Carry out & manage your own project;
- Support in re-active customer projects were you can learn about Food Technology with different customer bases;
- Support in customer projects to submit the best working flavour for the different types of applications;
- Connect with colleagues of other segments and with regional teams.
About you
