The Catering Supervisor is responsible for leading the catering business, making sure the highest quality standards are maintained. You will be in charge of guest satisfaction, revenue targets and profitability.

The Catering Supervisor must have strong leadership, time management, creative, and excellent organizational skills. The role involves managing boutique catering for a premium clientele, hence it is preferable that you have experience catering.

  • Ownership & demonstrated experience in leading and overseeing kitchen management in catering operations.
  • Highly efficient and able to lead a team.
  • Minimum 2 years of catering/event-specific experience.
  • Able to prioritise, manage & produce multiple catering/events daily.
  • Currently in a similar role or ready to take the next step up.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Responsibilities.

A hands-on role, organising & leading the business operation and event catering.

  • Keeping labour & costs within required parameters.
  • Overall organisation & management of the team.
  • Full admin responsibilities.
  • End-to-End management.
  • Proven track record of meeting KPI's.
  • Able to quickly problem solve & lead by example through your work ethic.
  • Ensuring well-planned, timely delivery for all catering & events.
