Description
Our mobile team is an essential part of our Engineering department and focuses on developing user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter, with a particular focus on creating versatile white label apps.
Responsibilities
- Creating modular and reusable components to enhance application development efficiency.
- Ensuring optimal performance of the applications through thorough optimisation techniques.
- Writing iOS/Android plugins to enhance app functionality and compatibility.
- Leveraging front-end expertise to identify suitable frameworks and libraries for integration.
- Staying abreast of the latest Play Store/App Store requirements, mobile application capabilities, and industry trends. This knowledge will aid in providing valuable input to development teams, including feature suggestions, implementation breakdowns, and prototype development.
- Vigilantly monitoring security updates and addressing issues related to mobile app security and project dependencies.
- Recommending necessary upgrades and updates to adhere to modern security practices and development standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of overall commercial experience in mobile development (iOS/Android/Flutter)
- 1.5+ years Flutter experience
- Solid understanding of REST architecture
- Strong knowledge of OOP principles and design
- Knowledge about BloC architecture
- Strong understanding of what are tests and why we need them
- Experience with SQL and SQLite
- English — Upper-Intermediate
It will be a plus if you have
- GitHub with pet projects on Flutter
- Experience with designer tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.)
