- Deliver recruitment from entry level to senior level roles by utilizing a wide variety of sourcing channels, generate qualified candidates through direct sourcing. Support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Pre-screen potential candidates to verify expertise, motivation and attract candidates to job opportunities.
- Understand the talent market and provide relevant information to support candidate searching and selection process.
- Provide weekly and monthly recruitment metrics on progress and ensure recruiting data integrity.
- Proactively research and investigate innovative talent sourcing strategies. Contribute to the continuous development of best practice in attraction and selection of talent.
- Act as a resource and advisor to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures and employee benefits etc.
- Support to drive activities on improving employee satisfaction, motivation and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with leaders throughout the business, assisting them in understanding HR programs and initiatives.
- Deploy all HR general activities; and support in employee communication and coordinate local employee activities or events.
- Process and review of human resources information for new hires, terminations, position changes, and other requirements; independently handle on-boarding/off-boarding process.
- 3~5 years working experience in Human Resources; at least 3 years solid direct sourcing & recruiting experience, management consulting firms or headhunting company recruitment background is preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into strategic talent acquisition actions with positive, measurable business impacts.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skill and coordination ability.
- Excellent in both verbal and written English.
