3 month temporary role starting ASAP
Full time/Part time options available - Monday - Friday
Paying up to $35ph depending on experience!
Your new role
- Meet and greet visitors, answer phone and re-direct/take messages
- Manage courier deliveries & mail
- Manage security cards and site keys
- Organise catering for meetings or site functions organising recall, bin & toner cartridge collection
- Manage and maintain stock levels of smaller value items, place orders for office supplies e.g. stationary, milk, tea, coffee, fruit
- Prepare and process purchase orders in SAP
- Updating the report weekly with temp labour and payroll information
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration experience is needed
- Experience managing PO orders
- Positive can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
- SAP experience (desirable but not essential)
- Financial experience (desirable)
