Site Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the site, includes controlling and supervising the work of any subcontractors and the site's labor force.
- Resolving any unforeseen technical issues. - Serving as the primary technical advisor for workers and subcontractors on the site.
- Security on the property, health and safety, and the management of both human and material resources are all shared responsibilities.
- Verifying the accuracy of computations in plans, drawings, and amounts. - Planning the work and organizing the site facilities efficiently in order to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
- Supervising quality control and health and safety issues on the job site. - Ensuring that all tools and work are used in accordance with the instructions. - Controlling the material selection and requisition process.
- Coordinating with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and other project team members.
- Preparing reports as required.
- Must have UAE Experience
- Must have UAE Driving License.
- Language - Hindi / English
