ICAP Executive Search & Selection , on behalf of its client , leading Shipping company , is looking for a driven professional for the position of the HR Generalist to join their team!

Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Update the HRIS system (Bamboo) with all employee records.

Administer the recruitment process, liaising with recruitment agencies, reviewing terms of business, shortlisting CVs for management, organizing and where appropriate participating in interviews.

Managing onboarding process, including setup of employees within the HRIS (Bamboo) and creation of corresponding e-personnel files.

Request and manage incoming and outgoing references.

Writing up offer letters and employment contracts.

Advising appropriate stakeholders on HR policies and procedures

Updating the HRIS regarding employee holiday, absence, sickness leave etc.

Assisting the compliance of HR policies, contracts and other documentation

Support employee development and training

Monitor local employment laws and update policies.

Support delivery of the annual and quarterly Performance Management Process

Support the implementation and coordination of employee events.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as an HR Administrator, HR Generalist or a similar position.

BSc in Business

Advanced skills in using the MS Office product suite (Excel, Power-point, Outlook)

Fluency in English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships.

Ability to work well with several teams and different stakeholders, but also autonomously.

Organizational and time management capability

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
