SPANISH TO ENGLISH TRANSLATORS

Requirements:

- Speaker-level with impeccable written English (demonstrable)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in Spanish to English translation
- Mexican nationals or foreigners with valid residence permit
- Degree in translation or similar (completed).
- Studied or worked extensively in an English-speaking country
- Meticulousness (non-negotiable)
- Enthusiasm and proactive approach
- Good team player (absolutely non-negotiable)
Duties:
Translating documents and proofing translations by our internal and freelance translation teams, as well as proofing machine translations.
We’re offering:
- Working hours 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (includes one hour for lunch)
- Fridays we leave one hour earlier
- The first two months are in the workplace
- Home Office
- In-office assistance one week every two months
- Onboarding period with 80% of full salary (first two months)
- Salary after successful conclusion of trial period: $15,000 - $25,000 MXP (negotiable depending on experience)
- Benefits as set forth by law
- 12 days’ holidays after first year
