In this role, you will ensure day-to-day smooth tasks execution in the post-trade operations team.
Your tasks
- Onboarding: Setting up and maintaining in-house funds and mandates as well as onboarding and offboarding 3rd parties (counterparties, KVGs and FCMs).
- Reconciliation: cash, positions, derivatives (margins, collaterals).
- Corporate Actions: Correct and timely notifications, monitoring and posting of upcoming capital market transactions.
- Trade Operations: reconciliation of transactions with the brokers and subsequent confirmation to the custodian banks, settlement monitoring and troubleshooting between the custodian banks and the brokers.
- Data Management: Collection, maintenance, and quality assurance of the recorded securities data (Fixed Income, Convertibles, Equities, ETF, FD).
- Active participation in the optimization of existing processes.
- Project management tasks.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, or specialized education.
- Product experience in securities such as fixed income, equities, ETFs, ETDs, and funds.
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in asset management operations (middle office and back office).
- Profound experience in onboarding, derivatives operations, corporate actions, and reconciliation (cash and securities).
- Fluency in English is a must, good knowledge of German will be an advantage.
- Aladdin knowledge of great advantage, OMGO (CTM/ALERT) desired
